A: because the water out of the product is controlled by the switch valve core, we have to pass the high pressure test to check the tightness and water tightness of the product before leaving the factory. After testing the water, some water traces will be left on the inner wall of the product, which is a normal phenomenon.

Q: why do some hand-held sprinklers make noise when shaking them?

Answer: because some hand-held flower sprinklers have the function of massaging water, which requires "impeller" parts. When water enters the shower, the water's impulse will make the impeller rotate, so as to achieve the massage effect, not a quality problem.

2. As for the connection of hot and cold water, the faucet body is connected with hot water on the left and cold water on the right.

3. When installing the faucet, keep it horizontal and vertical, and lock it with screws.
