一、Installation details of thermostatic faucet

1. Before installation, ask the customer about the type of water heater used at home (must be electric water heater, air energy heater, boiler, gas water heater); the capacity must be more than 20 liters, and the hot water temperature must be between 60-80 degrees Celsius;

2. The two water outlets embedded in the wall must be hot on the left and cold on the right or hot at the top and cold at the bottom, horizontally and vertically; if the distance between the two water inlets is 15cm, the two water outlets embedded in the wall must be the same, and the error should not be greater than or less than 1cm;

3. Thermostatic faucets are not recommended for well water, reclaimed water and solar water heaters;

4.Thermostatic faucets must be used 0.05-0.75MPa water pressure ;

5. When installing the faucet, make sure that the check valve is installed and the filter screen is installed;

6. During installation, it should be clear that the switch valve is switched by water pressure (if the water pressure does not meet the requirements, it will not be switched); if it is switched by lifting (the lifting switch requires the direction of rotation), the customer should be informed;

7. The height of the ceiling must be greater than 220cm to prevent the installation of Yuba scorched shower on the top of the large shower; whether the two water outlets installed on the faucet are between 90-100cm when the finished surface is finished;

8. If the thermostatic rod is installed, whether the temperature can be adjusted, and whether the highest and lowest temperature can be debugged normally;

9. Pay attention to check after installation, and flush the faucet after installation to avoid blockage.

二、Advantages of thermostatic faucet

1. Automatic constant temperature: the constant temperature mixing valve has the function of automatic constant water temperature. After the outlet water temperature is set according to the actual needs, the outlet water temperature can be quickly reached and automatically constant, which is not affected by the change of cold and hot water inlet pressure, temperature or outlet flow rate, so as to solve the problem of water temperature changing from cold to hot during bathing. When the inlet pressure, temperature or outlet flow rate of hot and cold water change, the temperature of outlet water changes within ± 2 ℃.

2. Anti scald and anti cold shock: the thermostatic water mixing valve has the function of anti scald and anti cold shock. In the bath process, when the cold water is suddenly interrupted, the thermostatic water mixing valve can automatically close the hot water within a few seconds, playing a safety protection role against scald; when the hot water is suddenly interrupted, the constant temperature mixing valve can automatically close the cold water within a few seconds, playing a safety protection role in preventing cold shock.

三、Disadvantages of thermostatic faucet

1. Due to the internal precision of thermostatic faucet, the requirements for water quality are very high. If the water quality contains a lot of impurities, the thermostatic control valve may be blocked for a long time, affecting the temperature control.

2. At present, the valve core of paraffin wax is widely used in China, which is relatively slow to reflect, especially the brand spool whose quality cannot be guaranteed is very easy to have problems.
