Structure of foot type stool flushing valve

The foot stool flushing valve is composed of a valve body, an end cover, a button mechanism, a piston mechanism and other accessory parts. In the piston mechanism of the flushing valve, the top end of the plunger valve is a curved guide column, and the accelerator is a hollow cylinder with two or more holes on its side wall. Taking the pedal self closing delay device as an example, the valve is composed of four parts: 1 maintenance valve; 2 connecting pipe; 3 flushing valve (main body); 4 flushing port.

The service valve is equipped with a water switch adjusting screw for easy maintenance. The flushing valve body has a pressurized water chamber and a delay time adjusting screw. There is a valve core which moves up and down in the valve body. The valve core is made of cast copper and plastic. It is composed of pressure relief rod, water inlet, pressurized pinhole and upper and lower sealing rubber rings. In the normal state, the lower rubber ring and the water pressure in the water chamber of the valve body and the gravity of the valve core work together to seal the lower rubber ring and the water outlet to block the water passage.

After stepping on the foot pedal, the pressure relief rod of the valve core deviates from the axis by 3-5 degrees, and the flushing port is connected with the water chamber of the valve body. At this time, when the static pressure on the upper part of the water chamber of the valve body is released, the pressure in the cavity is equal to the atmospheric pressure. The water pressure in the pipeline pushes the valve core to move up, and the water in the pipeline is connected with the water outlet to form large water flow and complete the flushing action. At the same time of flushing, the valve core moves up, and the rubber ring on the valve core is sealed with the upper water chamber. The pipeline water supplies water to the pressurized water chamber through the φ 1 mm pressurized water inlet pinhole behind the filter screen at the inlet of the valve core. With the increase of the water pressure in the upper water chamber, the valve core is forced to move downward, and the lower rubber ring of the valve core seals the water outlet to achieve the purpose of delay.
