Main faults and maintenance methods of induction faucet
Nowadays, both foreign and domestic brands of induction faucets have similar working principles. Their core components are infrared induction probe and solenoid valve coil. The main faults and maintenance methods are as follows:
1. Induction faucet does not water: first of all, determine whether the power supply is normal, the main power supply mode in China is AC 220 V, and the transformation voltage is 12V and 6V; DC 6V (four No.7 or No.5 alkaline batteries) and DC 3V (two No.7 or No.5 alkaline batteries) and manually block in front of the infrared window to observe whether there is an indicator light. Some infrared windows of the sensor faucet brand are controlled by single chip microcomputer, and the power indicator is in the water control part (installed under the basin) If there is no response, it is preliminarily judged that there is a fault in the sensing part, and the infrared probe can be replaced. Here, it is suggested that for users who can't judge the fault, if there are other normal induction faucets, the elimination method can be adopted. First, plug the infrared part into the water control part of the faulty faucet, so it is easy to judge that it is the sensing part At the same time, pay attention to whether all the plugs have poor contact or the possibility of moisture.
2. The induction faucet can't turn off the water: remove the foreign matter in front of the induction window (the principle of the sensor is that the machine will respond as long as there is an object within the infrared sensing distance range) and the indicator light is normal. Check whether the filter screen at the water inlet end of the water control part is blocked by sediment or other debris. If so, please clean it; If the fault can not be solved, please disassemble the solenoid valve, clean the valve core, spring and diaphragm of the coil, and then install them back as they are. If the water can not be turned off, it means that the solenoid valve has been damaged. Replace it with a new one. There is an empirical saying here. If the water can not be turned off, if the water volume increases after hand induction, the water can not be turned off after the hand leaves, but the water output is smaller than that when it is used. This shows that the solenoid valve has no fault. It only needs to clean the inside of the solenoid valve according to the above method and then it can be used normally.
3. The amount of water coming out of the induction faucet is small: on the one hand, it is necessary to check whether the water pressure and the flow rate of the pipeline are small; on the other hand, check whether the filter screen at the water inlet end of the water control part is blocked by impurities; on the other hand, PPR is used in all pipelines, and hot melting is used in some engineering construction, which does not rule out the deformation of the pipe due to excessive hot melting, so as to reduce the water flow through the pipeline
