Installation process of faucet

2. Check whether the main tap water valve is closed.

3. Left hot water and right cold water. When taking over, remember that the left side is the hot water pipe, and the right side is the cold water pipe. The distance between the two is 100-200 mm. After the water inlet pipe joint is fixed, remove the faucet, and install the faucet after the wall plastering is completed, so as to prevent the surface coating from being abraded.

4. Use waterproof tape to wrap the thread of the faucet clockwise for several times (this is very important. The direction of the waterproof tape must be clockwise. If it is twisted in the opposite direction, it will cause water leakage. In other words, the direction of wrapping waterproof tape should be opposite to that of the tap thread).

5. Turn the tap clockwise on the connection of the water pipe and tighten it with a wrench.

6. Turn on the main valve of tap water and supply water normally.

Installation of single hole basin faucet

Pay attention to the diameter of the water outlet when purchasing the single handle hand basin faucet. Most of the water in the market belongs to the hard pipe, so you should pay attention to reserve the height of the upper nozzle. 35 work points from the basin to the bottom is the most appropriate. When installing, special angle valve must be selected, and the angle valve must be fixed with the hot and cold water pipe of wall water outlet.

Installation of kitchen faucet

Requirements are stable, because the kitchen faucet use frequency is high, easy to loose, so the lock nut must be tightened. There are some faucets on the market for screw pipe and nut fixation, which has a good effect.

After purchasing concealed faucet, the valve core of faucet should be embedded in the wall. Pay attention to the thickness of toilet wall before embedding. If the wall is too thin, the valve core will not be embedded. The plastic protective cover of the valve core should not be removed easily when the valve core is embedded, so as to avoid the damage of the valve core caused by cement and other foreign matters when embedding. In addition, when the valve core is embedded, attention should be paid to the direction of the valve core up and down, left and right, so as to avoid the wrong embedding of the valve core.

Installation of thermostatic tap

Before installing the thermostatic faucet, please check whether the water pipe is hot on the left and cold on the right. Remember not to install the cold and hot water pipes incorrectly, so as to avoid the faucet from working normally. Gas and solar water heaters can not use thermostatic faucets because the water pressure is too low. Please don't forget to install hot and cold water filter when installing thermostatic faucet.
